Write with kindness
Introduce yourself. Share an ordinary day, a word of encouragement, a prayer. Sincerity matters far more than eloquence.

Send it with care
Follow the facility's simple mail rules — our FAQ walks you through them — and drop it in the mail. Mercy travels for the price of a stamp.

Removing the stigma, one letter at a time
Our mission, first and foremost, is to remove the stigma of writing to prisoners — to humanize them, and to highlight their potential to be fully rehabilitated and transformed by the love of Christ, and your letters of hope and mercy.
By writing to these prisoners, we are in no way justifying what they did, but extending the mercy of Christ to them — because no one is beyond the grace of Our God.

Charles comes from a military family — the second oldest of seven, with three brothers and three sisters. He loves Star Wars and science fiction movies and shows, music from the 80s and 90s (and plenty from the 50s through the 2000s), cooking and baking, video games, and anime. He works in food service in the kitchen.
